Asda Edameme Bean Salad - Syns please???

Would someone please be able to tell me the syn value of Asda's Edamame Bean Salad with a mint dressing?

The pack is 190g and the nutritional info per half a pack is as follows:

56cals; 3.4g Fat (0.3g saturates); Carbs 3.0g; Sugar 2.3g

Its 3.5 on green & ee or 8 syns on red, hope you're not on a red day I've never tried edameme beans what are they like?

Oh thank you, you're a star! That's tomorrow's lunch sorted. I was kinda thinking 3 on the 20cal -1 syn rule so not too far away.

Edamame beans are really nice. Too hard to describe the taste, a bit like a fresh pea I guess I'm totally addicted!!
