Asda frozen yorkshires & roast pots?

I am planning a roast dinner tomorrow and have the asda yorkshires that you heat up for 4-6 mins, can someone please tell me the syns in these?

Also, if i do my own roasties in fry light, are they free if i do EE?

Depending on how many are in the pack and the size of them, about 3-6 per Yorkshire pud.

The spuds will be free. Try crumbling an oxo cube over them before roasting to add extra flavour. They are excellent that way.
