Asda meat free mince

I don't like quorn and prefer the Asda meat free frozen mince as it has a more meat-like texture. I've just checked the syns online and it says its free! I thought it was about 2 syns per 100g. That's made my day! The meatfree meatballs are 3 syns for the whole bag, they're nice too!

That must be a recent change as it did use to have a small syn value. Very good news as I much prefer it to the quorn mince. I love the meatballs too, had them for dinner last night.
