Does anyone know the syns in the meat free meatballs, frozen?
and also the spicy bean burgers , frozen?

The frozen meat balls are 5.5 syns for the entire bag. I don't know about the burger, but I think bean burgers work out fairly high syn.

I have found sainsburys spicy bean burger, it's coming up at 8.5 syns each.
