Asda no syns or low syns

Just doing my shopping online and wondered if anyone has got any favs they get reg from asda, any must haves....
Ready meals, burgers, sausages ect

Low fat cottage cheese with chives, Asda chickpea dhal, Asda Gammon in cheese sauce (4.5 syns for 2 pieces of gammon and delicious!)

The 'Extra special' lamb shanks in gravy are free (garlic and rosemary or mint gravy) in the chiller section- these are AMAZING with mash and peas on EE. The same range also has a pork shank in mustard sauce for 2.5 syns

own brand sweetener (a new version of splenda but much cheaper)
organic wholemeal pasta/spaghetti/lasagne (2 for £1)

Hi, Would you know what these would be on green or red days?

They are free on red and ee, but 28.5 for garlic and rosemary or 34.5 for mint on green, so really not worth the bother- just do a EE day then you can have the shank, and mash and peas with it for free!
