I've decided to start posting my food diaries here, with the hope that the idea of publicly sharing what I eat will motivate me to make good choices
I had a very bad morning, eating pringles and chocolate and god knows what else. I am just pretending that this morning didn't happen. It's important to remember that what happened yesterday or is irrelevant. I can't go back in time and change it, so there's no point worrying about it. Instead I will worry about what i do tomorrow.
Breakfast, Lunch, snacks
Stuff I should not have eaten. (lots and lots of points)
Dinner
Gammon (5 points)
Chips (5 points)
Peas (0 points)
Banana (0 points)
Today was NOT a good day. It wasn't until late afternoon that I decided I needed to stop. Tomorrow will be a better day!
