Its a disgrace that SW employees are still spouting this rubbish off as true. SW have been made well aware of the situation by Wetherspoons yet ignorant misinformed people are still claiming this to be true

You may want to point out to her that SW say this is untrue and maybe suggest she stops passing it on as true

Thanks Starlight! TBH I've never really believe they were deep fried, but you go with what your SWC says as you want to keep to plan! I shall not fear the jacket potatoes anymore, lol! I think SW maybe need to bring this up again in their meetings to make sure the message gets across.
But don't get me wrong my SWC is brilliant and so encouraging and I wouldnt be doing this now of it wasn't for her! But I still like to check on here if I don't think something quite right! She told me balsamic vinegar was 2 SYNS a tbs. So I checked the book and "all vinegars" are free! Technically all food will have a value if u put it though the calculator anyway! There was no need to put it in the calculator. Anyway thank you do much again for confirming that the jackets are not fried, lol!

5 bean chilli with rice and tortillas is 6 syns now and has been for a while. Still well worth the syns though as it's gorgeous
