I cook my rhubarb in the microwave till its smushy and then add it to yogurt or porridge first thing for breakfast. I cook mine in a massive bowl, maybe half the bag and just add spoonfuls as I go thru the day to different things. I've crumbled my muffins on top for a crumble, add to porridge, add to yogurt. Spread on my Dukan bread like jam.
If its defrosted it takes about 3mins in microwave to cook, if not defrosted, then I do three lots of 2 mins to get it done. I like my mushy so its not got big lumps in it. Add sweetener before during or after cooking, up to you. Nice with ginger too.
SF Sweets def do the job. Aldi have them 2 boxes for 99p, if I have more than 5 I end up with windy tummy.
