Attack Attack, is iceberg lettuce allowed

Hi, I´m going to start Dukan in January and would like to know if ice berg salad is allowed in the attack phase? I heard it´s mostly water in it and it´s ideal for making wraps.

The only veg allowed in Attack is a bit of onion and some rhubarb.
other veg is allowed in Cruise on PoV days.
