Attempt Number 3!!! :0(

I did it once and lost over 2 stone.. I then went away and then I gained 1.5stone... I then attempted SW again but then we moved house and for the first 2 weeks had no cooking facilities and we just ate rubbish!!...So... this is attempt number 3 and I am well and truly cracking the whip because I NEED to!! I started eating a lot better last week and adding more veg to meals and it had paid off because I lost 2.5lbs last week!! But back on SW this week and my diary is as follows..

TUESDAY

Dinner

5 Ryvita - HexB + 3syns
70g Extra Light Philly - HexA
Large mixed salad with tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot.

Tea

HM Beef egg noodles, used stock cubes for beef flavouring, also had a large serving of mixed veg (peas,sweetcorn,carrots etc)
Packet of Asdas wotsits..cant remeber the name.. 5syns

TUESDAY

Dinner

5 Ryvita - HexB + 3syns
Large mixed salad with tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot.

Tea

SW Pizza 1/4 of it, made sauce with passata and herbs and my HexA serving of light mozerella. Also added mushrooms and served with a large salad.

WEDNESDAY

Friends birthday tonight and we are all out :0/..at an Italians.. Im going to save all of my syns for this evening and avoid as many as possible tomorrow. Going for tomato based sauces with pasta tonight or maybe stick to a healthy salad? Im not a drinker so not fussed on the booze etc.



Drink wise I tend to be sticking to water or sugar free fizzy water at home and black coffee with a sweetex or water at work... I need the caffine in work lol.... I have been getting a little bloated some days, I think it may be down to the coffee, not sure but its irratating!
 
So the meal was awkward? I was, in my mind, going for an Aribatta... but no.. this italians didnt serve it.. all creamy sauces?! So... I opted for lasagne! It was a big portion and after a few mouthfuls I was full but hopefully it wasnt too fattening! It didnt seem or look oily and i scraped the cheese off and didnt eat the white sauce!!

Lunch

Large salad with toms
Tuna with 2 tbsp light salad cream = 3syns
28g cheese - HexA

To be honest havent been very hungry today! But have been drinking plenty of water and a few black coffees (with sweetex)

Planned for tea

Lean pork chops, SW chunky chips,large mixed veg & HM apple sauce = 3syns
