Where do you get the JJ's from Val?
Also does anyone know any of the syn values for the packet rice or pastas here? I don't eat them often but find them useful to have in the cupboard to help me stay on track if I can't be bothered to cook!!

Hey Emma

Continental Satay Rice made with water is free on Green and EE, 26 syns on Red per packet and their Sour Cream and Chives Pasta is 1/2 syn on Green and EE, 19 on Red that is per 100g pack.

Thanks guys!! Aldi do a satay rice too so I'll compare it to the nutritional I do on the continental packet and see how they compare!
 
Yay cool Emma! That's what I really want, a low/no syn to pasta n sauce and savoury rice, tho the flavoured rice packets over here taste odd to me, the rice has a weird texture!!!
 
I worked out the continental pasta n sauce, the carbonara one, as quite high, is that for the whole packet above?
 
Is Heinz Spaghetti still free here? Or have I worked it out wrongly?

Hello All
and thanks for all the info which is great for a total newbie like me.
I noticed a thread on baked beans but cant seem to find it again. Has anyone worked out if baked beans in sauce are free or syned here in Aus and which are the best ones to buy? I am just starting on EE and am getting myself confused as all info I have is from UK.
