I struggle with lunches and have just found a lovely filling lunch that I thought I'd share with you.
60g Florette mixed salad leaves
65g cherry tomatoes (was 6 of them)
50g red pepper, diced
Half an avocado (60g), chopped up
110g diced chicken breast (I cooked and had it warm, could precook or buy precooked chicken)
15ml/1tbsp Hellman's light thousand island dressing
Was really, really filling! I'm sure you don't all need instructions on how to make it
I dry fried my chicken in a little garlic and piri piri seasoning but obviously you can do it how you like. Was nice warm but would be good cold too I reckon.

Carbs: 15g
Fat: 15g (Sounds a lot but it's healthy fats from the avocado)
Protein: 35g
