Babbles Food Diary (newby to SW)

Hi everyone. I've decided to keep a food diary on here. I'm new to SW and not quite sure if I'm doing it right. I'm following the extra easy plan and welcome any feedback on what I'm eating.

Tuesday's Food

Breakfast


2 x eggs scrambled with some skimmed milk from my allowance - 0 syns
Slice wholemeal bread from allowance - 0 syns
Lunch


10 seafood sticks with salad - 0-syns
Afternoon Snack


Bag fruit from McDonald's and a white coffee with one sugar (couldn't find syn values for coffee but it was a normal white coffee, not latte)


Dinner


Boiled chicken breast, SW chips, veg and stockpot gravy thickened with cornflour - 3 1/2 syns


Night Munches


SW chips - 0 syns
2 x bananas - 0 syns
1 x apple - 0 syns
 
Looks good but you need some SF with breakfast. Maybe fruit for after or tomato, mushroom or onion/pepper with the eggs?
Oh and syn for the sugar - not sure how many are in cos I'm not a sugar user x
 
Thanks Cai. I wasn't quite sure if I was following the SW guidelines properly and your feed back has reassured me.

I'm amazed at what you can eat with SW and haven't felt hungry/deprived at all so far.

Wednesday's Food

Breakfast

Slice wholemeal bread and a banana. An apple and grapes. 0 syns

Lunch

Baked potato, tuna, salad and mayo (I was eating out and forgot to cancel the mayo with the tuna). 6 syns.​ Guestimated syns for mayo but will not be making the same mistake again!)

Dinner

Diet coke chicken, baked potato and lots of veg. 0 syns

Snacks were all fruit. 0 syns
