Back again, hopefully for the last time!

Hello :D

I have decided to come back to slimming world again after not following any plan for faaaar too long. I just gave up trying towards the end of last year and have piled another stone on so now im upto nearly 18 stone :break_diet:shocking weight!! I am not proud of myself and am currently hating myself for giving up.
So I have decided to try again. Its getting lighter in the evenings and it seems to be giving me more of an appetite for salad and fruit which can only be a good thing :D
I am also doing it from home at the moment as I plan to move in a month or so and need the money for train fare's for job interviews. Once I have moved back to my home town I will be joining a group with my Mummy :D lol

I will be on a tight budget as im sick of buying too much food and either putting it in the freezer for months or throwing away. Its such a waste. I have little in at the moment so I am going to Aldi tomorrow with the OH to stock up on meats, salad, veg and fruit.
Anyone know of any syn free foods that they do or low syns? Any best buys? (Thank you for any help!)

I do have an exercise bike, stepper and a medicine ball so I really MUST start using them all to help fight the flab!
I am starting to feel really embarrised by my weight now, I walked into a shop in town and the floor started to creek as I walked around but it didn't happen to anyone else when they moved :eek: such a small thing but it really did upset me inside.

SO here's to giving slimming world yet another go!! Going to try do EE for the first few weeks to get back into it and see how I go. Plenty or veg, salad or fruit with every meal, bring it on!!!

Maybe this time next year I will be shopping for some nice summer clothes rather than baggy tops to cover my fat legs in a pair of leggings. Here's hoping lol.
 
Wow what a horrible day so far. My 'boyfriend' has just told me he can see I have put on a weight and that I do look really fat now.

Im a terrible comfort eater and when I'm unhappy I always eat and eat. These comments are really not helping me at all! I'm supposed to be cooking a quiche but I just feel like sitting and eating now!

Sorry needed to vent and hoping that I will now be able to do some sw cooking and not binge eat instead!! :(
 
Todays plan:

B: wheatabix and ss milk. Apple
L: homemade quiche with salad
D: port esc. In soy sauce with sw chips and salad.

Snacks: oranges, kiwi fruit and Muller light.

Syns: salad cream - 5 and mini kit kat - 3(?)

Also going swimming with a friend after work so hopefully a good day back to sw. Will update tonight if I have eaten anything else.

Quite excited to be back on track and hopefully my first real step to a slimmer me :D
