Back again restarted, this morning.

Hello,

I've been on and off with this for a while, gone from 13st 9lbs to 12 stone,

and have gone upto 12 stone 5lbs now.

Am restarting today but just doing 4 shakes for a few days to get myself in the zone completely (and until I know im back on 100% then i'll make an order up)

My sisters just had her aby 3 weeks ago and is joinging WW in 3 weeks, so i NEED to be 100% for 3 weeks at least so i can give myself a real boost and decide if I want to move onto ww or not?

Anyways I'm 12 stone 5lbs now and my target for now is to be 100% for 3 weeks to start with.

I really hope I can because I've had so many false starts (having shake for brekkie then a sandwich for lunch :rolleyes: )

Come on me!! :D
 
good luck for your start. i'm starting today but didn't realise you could have bread!! isn't it just protein and veg.... omg I'm confused before i even get going x x

It's my first day back on plan today too. My 9 days off turned into 16 days off :(. I'm not looking forward to feeling like poop! I seem to take ages to get into ketosis, no feeling better by day 3 or 4 for me, more like after day 8.

We can do thissss :)
