Back again!

Hiya I'm Lesley-Anne and I'm 25, I'm a first year student nurse and live with my b.f and My two kitties ;) I'm back yet gain to try to loose weight... I have been on a diet of some sort on and off for YEARS yet somehow I'm currently the heaviest I've ever been!!
I started weight watchers... Again last year and got to my 5%..... I left when I started uni in sept and I've since put on what I lost an more :( it's really getting me down, does anyone else feel like what's the point loosing because I'm just going to put it back on anyway??!!!
Anyways I'm a poor student so I've downloaded the value diary (??) I read about it in here and thought why not its only 2quid! So here I go! I might try A diary too (again!) as I'm not going to class I could do with some motivation!

Hi Lesley Anne :) good luck, I have that app too, it's great and I just google anything that's not on there and save it to my phone.... Such great app :)))))

I am loving ww after doing sw for many years.... Finding it a breeze at the mo :)

hi im a newbie, and i so know what you mean, what is the point in losing when i'll put it back on, but this could /will be the time you dont put it back on, omg its such a struggle to lose it that whenever i get to my target, last time was about 6 years ago i have to say, lol, that i just think ok relax, and then its a slippery slope back to where i started, good luck, you look like your doing great already,
im starting tomorrow ive tried sw but ww is the only diet that i ahve lost on really, slimming world is just too time consuming, preparing everything and i found it quite expensive buying all the food, lol, hoping ww works for me this time anyhoo, good luck.x
