Back at SW (again)

Hi everyone, I've recently joined back at SW with the hope of losing 6st! Really finding it hard to stick to plan when I'm unwell (I have M.E and Fibromyalgia) so I thought maybe it would be a good idea on the day I have home help to cook dinner for the week and make lunches for the week so all I have to do is heat things up when I'm weak.

Is there any advice anyone could give me about meal prep or in general to help me stick to plan this time?

Food prep tips.

The freezer is your friend, even frozen froots are a godsend
Invest in a slow cooker, - buy ready chopped frozen stew packs and just throw it all in and turn it on.

Have fun with it , try new things, read sw mag x
