Back from a long holiday, what to do?

Ok so I havent been on here in ages, I was doing so well on Dukan and then I went to morocco stayed there for a month and its not the country where anyone in their right mind would diet. The food was amazing, came back weighed my self and put on 8 lbs It was worth it by all standards but Im back to square 1 now so I presume i need to go back on attack? any tips and advice would be much appreciated. I really want to do this and be successful.

Presumably you were in cruise when you left? You appear to have a bit to lose yet?

I'm no expert but I would think it might work if you gave yourself 3 or 4 pp consecutive days to kick start dieting again, then resume cruise.

From what i recall of north african food, actually 8lb is not bad considering....
 
Yes I'd agree with the above. At least 3 PPs... one month's holiday sounds like fun!
