I had knee surgery at the end of last August and was off work for four and a half months. The pain medication caused loss of appetitie and nausea - glad now as I lost 19lbs.
Recently put on 5lbs, so don't want to go down that road. Hence my back on counting points - at the same time comparing the calories on MFP. I know you shouldn't....
