Back on it

Hi everyone. Im coming back just to post my food, i need to get a grip and start loosing all this weight!! I joined the gym at the beginning of the month but then my car broke ? however i now have a new car, thanks to my lovely boyfriend and wanna do 2 days a week till ill lost 1 stone then will up it

Breakfast - alpen crunch (B) + 2syns and milk (A)
Lunch - egg salad with pesto 2syns, 3babybels (A) ryvita (B)
