WELCOME BACK - I am on the last week of a month TS, it has been tough and I am sure my metabolism is very slow. Swimming five times a week and weight loss is very slow. Usual constipation, drinking loads of water - but it seems very difficult to move from 10.7 to 10. Anyway I look and feel considerably better than when I started 23 days ago - and I am sure I weigh less than the seven or so pounds the scales say I have lost. B... scales - mainly a hindrance. I cant wait to get back to real healthy food again - this week end is the plan.
