Got the all clear to continue with lipo told to expect to be weak due to the meds. Dvd and bed for me im happy i can carry on : )

Thanks daisy was only off for a day lol. I think my will power has finally got stronger as i was given the option to take a week off refeeding and carry on next week when the shingles goes and i said no im happy to continue : )

thats good news, but please please keep an eye on yourself and if you dont feel right try the refeed for a few days x
