ahh dont beat urself up, it happened its gone. Dont let it stop u carrying on, just learn from it, we r human beans and we have to re programme out habits and learn new ones. Drink some extra water tonight. I felt same earlier dishing up but I had a new veg on my plate to try and I was so excited to taste it I found it easier to ignore the potatoes! I got celeriac and boiled and mashed half omg with pepper it was well nice, like mash, not strong taste, try it! I par boiled the other half, sprayed with fry lite and sprinkled with spices, try praprika, baked in oven till crispy and OMG chips! I had a teaspoon of reduced salt n sugar tom sauce, tesco own, really really was nice! What I am trying to say is to get thru we need to try new stuff/make new dukan meals. Goooo for it! Dont overthink what happened, just move on ;-) good luck
