Right, I have stuck to plan all day but have been told I am being made redundant from my current role. I would usually turn to chocolate to comfort eat and am trying so hard not to.... I shall be using my Syns on wine later though! grrrrr

Thanks to you both. I have been very restrained and not had any wine of binged on chocolate - I am very proud of myself. I weigh in tomorrow night so shall be having a treat night tomorrow x

Really sorry to hear your news. The company I work for is up for sale so we are waiting to hear if we get bought or lose our jobs. Nothing seems secure in life any more. Well done for staying strong and enjoy your treat after your weigh in

Sorry to hear about your company. Yeah no job is safe anymore but I believe everything happens for a reason and have a plan! I shall certainly be enjoying my glass of wine and chocolate tomorrow evening xx
