Baked Beans

Hi All,

I only joined SW this week and planned to have cottage cheese on my jacket pot at work but they had run out. Could anyone tell me how many syns or if baked beans are free on extra easy?

Baked beans is free on extra easy plus it is a super speed food , which is a bonus
