Complete newbie here . I have checked the book and have seen many vinegars are allowed but not sure about balsamic an shopping an experienced Atkin-er can throw some light on it please

Best to avoid if you can - otherwise look for the lowest carb you can find, as they can vary from
2g to 5g carbs per tbsp. I don't think it's technically allowed but can't say for sure.
