Does anyone know whether it is advised that u don't have the bars for the first week!? As I no this is the case for LT but not sure of its the same for exante.
I had the Biggest Loser bars from day one and not had any issues. I think the slightly higher carb content means that it might take slightly longer for some people to get in to ketosis, but I doubt most people would notice any difference.
Thanks for the replys, yeh I have one shake one soup and one bar each day and feel quite satisfied, just worried I won't loose as much weight as if I didn't have the bars, are the tesco ones better? Xx
