Hello could you please tell me if I could use any other type of bars as opposed to the exante ones as they really are vile lol!!

Tesco ultra slim are ok not sure what ones though. I thought there was a sticky but alas there is not. Just make sure whatever you buy is a 'meal replacement' not just a snack bar (like slimfast has)
