I think you are saying the same thing but just to clarify:
Think of the Lemon bar in the same category as shakes, soups and porridge....you can mix and match your usual product allowance with any of these.
ALL OF THE OTHER bars are limited to one per day.
You can for example (if you are meant to have 3 products a day) have 2 Lemon bars and 1 Peanut but NOT 1 Lemon bar and 2 Peanut. Or you can have 3 Lemon a day.
Remember that while the Lemon bar is not as bad as the other bars (which is why you are allowed more than 1 a day) they still contain more carbs than any of the regular soup/shake/porridge products.
I am not saying you should follow the same thing I do but I avoid having more than 1 Lemon bar a day just because 1 regular bar can sometimes take people out of Ketosis (although I don't know how common this is) so I wouldn't want 2 Lemon to have the same result.
