Basics of simply filling

Hi,

I wondered if anyone would be kind enough to give me an overview of the simply filling plan. I've never done ww before but may give it a try.

I go to the gym daily and enjoy having a whey shake or protein bar after this as I am vegetarian so helps me keep my protein intake up. Does anyone know how this would fit in with the plan?

The shake is 100cals, no fat or carbs and 20g protein. The bar is 88g, 230cals, 20g carbs, 29g protein, 12g fibre and 7g fat.

The Shake is 2pp and The Bar is 7pp :) If you did SF you would have to use your 49 Weeklies to have these items, so in other words you could have a Bar every day of the week but everything else would have to be off the approved list. I'm a Fellow Veggie too :) x
 
Thank you very much. Do you have to have 3 meals a day or can you eat as and when you get hungry? I get up very early so tend to eat more often but not necessarily big meals. Thank you x

You can eat whatever you like as long as you stick within your allowed foods or pp allowance. If you send me your Gender, DOB, Height and Weight ill work out your PP Allowance for you, x
 
Thank you. Thinking of doing sf as I think I prefer the idea of not counting everything and having lots of healthy food to fill up on.

If you decided to do PP you'd be on 28 Dailies plus 49 Weeklies. X

I'm a veggi too. You could have plenty of quorn to fill you up. Pieces mince and fillets are free. You could have an omellette and banana for breakfast instead? Or alternate days so you have points left for treats? X
 
Thanks Heather thats really good to know. I love linda McCartney rosemary and onion sausages too, would they be free? I need to find a full list of free foods ;) will get googling tonight x

I don't think those are free on SF but you can have 2 for 3pp so you could use Weeklies I guess? X
 
Can anyone please confirm point for special k biscuit moment bars? I worked them out to be 0.7pp on the app I have! Seems to good to be true! Protein is 1.5g, carbs 18g, fat 2.5g and 0.5g of fibre. 25g bar.

Also would rivita minis be free/simply filling? Thinking high in fibre and similar to high fibre cereal.

Using those figures, Special K Moment Biscuit Bars are 3pp :) Not sure on Ryvita Minis but I wouldn't think so? X

You're Welcome Sweetie, it takes a little bit of getting used to. X
 
When working out the points always use the values for 100g, then put in the portion size eg 25g and it works it out for that portion.
