Hi could anyone tell me the syn values for the new High-Veg Pasta and sauces. In particular Mushroom and Garlic and Tomato and Basil.

I got mine from Morrisons. I first picked up the Country Vegetable thinking that would be free but was then told it wasn't :-(

The country vegetable pasta n sauce is free too, it's the High-Veg a Soup variety that isn't free
