picked up a couple in tesco one is bbq beef and the other is chicken, away with work and staying in a hotel so thought would be better than anything in the bar! cant find the syns anywhere though hope they are not like normal supernoodles!

iv tried looking for these and cant find them anywhere do u have any nutritional info??

From the NV's here I work it out as 3½ Syns per 75g portion using noodles as free.
