Hi everyone, back again... :)

Been a member of slimming world numerous times and posted 'starting again' posts here even more, so here it goes again! Even though I have the books and I've been to class I've never really understood SW properly, so going to read through the books (which I've never done) and post everything I eat, hopefully if I'm going wrong someone experienced and kind will let me know!!

Really do want to commit to a new way of eating rather than thinking of this as a diet! Anyway, starting in the morning, so wish me luck :argh:

Tomorrow's plan is:

Breakfast: Mullier Light and Fruit Salad
Lunch: Cheesy (A) Beans on 400g wholemeal toast (B) with tinned tomatoes
Dinner: Chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions with 1 tbsp fajhita spice mix (syns???) with brown rice

Does this look OK?
