ALB - hi.

In answer to your post - how on earth are we supposed to know if you've eaten too much?! You haven't given timescales, or calorie counts or any information other than a list of healthy foodstuffs that you consumed and a statement that you're scared eating it will make you gain weight and looking at your previous posts you seem generally quite confused, so i'm just going to give some general advice.

Are you eating too much?
Only you know that. Were you hungry? Did you eat for the sake of eating? Did you go over your calorie count/points allowance/syns?

Will I gain weight?
It takes 3500 calories extra (so on top of what you need to survive and go about your daily business) to gain 1lb of weight. So have you had over 3500 more calories than you needed over the time period? If so, yeah, you'll gain weight. If not, no, you won't.

ALB - are you following a plan? Have you got in mind goals and timescales? Personally I think you need some structure, especially if you're confused about what you can and can't eat during the day to lose weight.
It doesn't have to be a class, it doesn't have to be calorie counting. There are so many methods out there. I suggest you go do some research and decide how you want to lose weight, because at the minute you seem a little lost.

In addition the the above post all I will add is this.

Although fruit is as we know very healthy. It is also unhealthy to eat too much. At the end of the day fruit is still sugar and is a carbohydrate and will sit on you as fat if you don't exercise it off.
Your 5 a day should be 3 veg 2 fruit. No more than 2 portions of fruit per day.

However whether you've gone over or not who can tell. You've not said how much of anything you've eaten.

Don't panic. Do research and plan your foods.
