beat myself up over making mistakes

Not sure what is wrong with me lately... very stressed with work and if i make a mistake i beat myself up for months!! Even something a year ago im still beating myself up over. I know everyone makes mistakes but i cant handle it if i do... im mad arent i? ha ha

Mad yes. But I just can't help myself and drive myself nuts going over and over it in my head. Now I have started applying a 10 minute rule where I mentally tell myself to "STOP". It works most of the time.

For every mistake I make I know other are making bigger ones.
