I'm not really sure where to start with this..so here goes...
I'm a self confessed yo-yo dieter who has finally woken up to the reality that there is no quick fix to weight loss (It's only taken me 22 years ha!). In my aim to lose weight I have yo-yoed and fadded my way to my heaviest weight ever.
After reading some really inspirational stories on here, and seeing some of my friends' successes with Slimming World, I have decided to jump on to the plan myself.
Despite having 75lbs to lose , I have learned that I need to change my focus to being healthy and fit rather than becoming obsessed with the numbers on the scale. So I intend to embrace Slimming World as a new way of life rather than a diet.
I'm keeping a little diary to keep myself on track, and hopefully get advice along the journey to keep me going in the right direction. I shall be mixing days between Original and Extra Easy as too many starches bloat me right out...food baby indeed!
I look forward hearing from you all, and will be following your diaries for menu inspiration.
