Hey, I've never been too sure on the beef front except that I know we are for definite allowed extra lean mince but there is so MUCH different beef and steaks and cuts etc I get confused..
Now my Mum wants to cook a casserole and has bought beef and I was just wondering if I was allowed it?
The info:
per 100g; 130 cal, 0 carbs, 0 sugars, 21.4g protein, 4.7g fat & 2g saturated fat
per 125g; 160 cal, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 5.9g fat & 2.5g saturated fat...
on the front it says that the 5.9g fat is 8% of your GDA
+ she always drains and rinses the fat off...
is this okay to eat?
