Beefeater Anyone Help Me?....Please? :)

Hi all,

I went to the Beefeater today and just wanted help working out syns (if there are any) in my meal. I am on an EE day, I had...
Salmon fillet (plain, not fried in oil)
Peas
New potatos (no butter)

It came with sauce but I didnt use it, Im sure its free but can anyone else confirm this to put my mind at ease?

It certainly seems to be free - the only minus is there was no super free food on the plate. Seems to me though, that you made an amazing choice when eating out - so well done you
