hey everyone i had some fish and chips yesterday and yet weighed myself this morning and i have still lost althou i did have abit of a bad tummy afterwards, am now back on the diet though and hoping to get alot further before my next slip up.
I keep trying to tell myself this but not sure it works for me....not sure i want it to though since starting the diet i've been miserable - don't get me wrong i've lost 17lb but i hate not having all the flavours and textures of other 'not allowed' food stuffs. I'm now so disinterested i would say i hardly eat,if food doesn't stimulate me i'm not hungry..... I can't wait to be able to eat again and enjoy foods! With protien every Thursday of course!!
