Beginning of Day 3

Well before I slept last night I decided I would try a ketostix, imagine my surprise when it turned pink! end of day 2 and in Ketosis o.o

Woke up this morning thinking I had dreamt it all, so did another test and Boom... I am fully in ketosis~!!

lol yeah the breat is killing me at the moment, my mouth tastes furry, seems to ease a little when drinking water so its helping with the fluid intake today
