Hi there,
I am on the hunt for the yummiest most cake like SW recipe.
I have found and tried loads of recipes and not had much luck.
The 1/2 syn roulade - bleurgh, it was all squelchy and airy and not at all cake like, choc/toffee scan bran cakes I like but again they are a bit wet sometimes and not majorly cake like.
I've seen people mention the choc brownie, but then seen loads moan they are nothing like a brownie.
So which recipes are really good? I need a proper cake fix but don't want to cause damage as not been back on plan long.
