Does anyone know the syn value of the tomato and basil Birds Eye Simply Chicken??? I can't find it anywhere, even on the SW Website

ha-ha I know what you mean! I bought some vegetable kebabs the other day from Iceland. Wasn't on syns on-line so i thought for a laugh I would calculate them! knowing that they were free as the only ingredients were vegetables! and it came up as 1/2 per stick lol!

3 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
9½ Syns per package/portion on Green
3 Syns per package/portion on Original

I can't afford to buy them at the moment so I have to rely on someone else in the house buying them and nicking one lol

They're really expensive arn't they? i don't buy them often either because of that reason.

Unless they're on offer it's £4 for just 2 breasts when you can get double that for ordinary chicken breasts.
