Birdseye fish fingers

Yo!

Ive searched about on here for the syn value of Birdseye Omega 3 fish fingers (they are 2 syns each on a red day btw) but noticed someone mentioned about using them as a HEXB. Can this actually be used as HEXB or do I have to syn them? Not a problem either way!
