Just come out for lunch & thought I'd chosen sensibly with gammon & new pots, can there really be 30g of fat in a piece of gammon with the fat cut off????
I have had another look & I have tracked it as part of a gammon joint as it was definitely proper meat & that is about half the fat of the other, still a lot higher than a normal choice for me so just hope it is ok...... Why do I not look at these things before I order lol
