First of all hello to everyone, been reading the forum for a while now but this is my first post.
I started the Attack phase last Wednesday and had lost 6lb until Sunday - when my sister had her 30th Birthday party as you can imagine I let my guard slip a bit and had some wine, lager and most annoyingly cake and then a few Cadbury's Roses.
Weighed myself yesterday and no change so was quite happy, but today when I've weighed myself I've now put on 2lb. Am I going to be able to continue the attack phase or should I wait a while and start from scratch again. I know I shouldn't have drunk or eaten cake but it happened
