Breakfast
400 g Fresh Pineapple
2 boiled eggs
2 Babybel (Hex A)
70 g of cooked ham (Hex B)
Lunch
Chick Pea Curry
(1/2 tbsp of veg oil - 3 syns, 1/2 tin chopped toms, 1/2 tin chickpeas, half an onion, Kalwanji seeds and spice mix)
1/2 pack of Bachelors rice.
120g pack of ham - 8 syns (not honey roast or crumbed)
Tea
Quick Pasta pot
Tin of Sardines in brine/tom sauce (Hex B)
Pack of radishes.
Tomatoes
Fruit.
During the day I snack on Satsumas and Plums if I feel peckish.
So far I started at a rather burly 17stone and 7lbs two weeks ago.
I weighed in this morning at 16 stone 11 5/8 lbs.
I am feeling full on this and enjoying it so far. However I am going to start to mix Spag Bols with Quorn when I tire of chick peas although I do mix it up with Borlottie, Aduki, Mung and other beans.
Does this look about right to the resident experts. I have the books and am doing this remotely. Partly because I work away during the week so getting to a club is not easy.
