Blue's Week 6 weigh in

[Blue Butterfly]

I've lost............ 5 lbs.
Cant grumble at that! Very happy this morning.

Oh and I have now lost 10% of my body weight it says, yay me!

Now I'm away for a couple of days, going to visit a friend but I will stay 100% TS. Nothing is gonna knock me off the wagon, I've got my bum glued to the seat lol

Thanks everyone, I feel great!

And I stayed 100% TS while I was away and have just weighed myself (so it's mid afternoon and I've drunk loads of water already) and have lost 4lbs already this week. Hoping for a nice number at next weigh in.
