I read it somewhere. This time I just used what I had left over from last weeks veg. I used a whole bns & about 8 carrots. Chopped them & put them in a pan sprayed with fry light. I added a tsp mild curry powder & carried on cooking for few mins. I then covered veg with boiling water & added a stock cube. I kept simmering until veg was soft & then blended till smooth. Yummy
