Bobble my way to a new body!!!

So after loosing 3 stone on Exante about a 18 months ago and proceeding to gain it all and a bit more back over a period of 10 months excessive eating, drinking and general indulgence I am attempting after a few false starts to get well and Truly back on the wagon and into the weight loss saloon!

I am so annoyed at myself for putting the weight on and can only blame laziness and over eating for the gain!:sigh:

All change now though, I intend to get back to the gym which I used to enjoy, and do a full month of TS to kick start my weight loss to then move into the whole "Clean Eating" and exercise regime with the odd cheat day to make me feel like I am not depriving myself tooo much! My Bumper shakes and meals pack arrive tomorrow so will start then, no point fannying about waiting to start on Monday, I dare not look at the scales but I know my weight is approx 13st, I think I would cry if I noticed it being any higher so will just go with that as my start weight!

Good luck. I have been doing a mixture of TS and WS for almost 3 weeks and have lost 13 and 1/4 lbs. Hopefully WI on Monday will give more. I tend to think the way I look at food def has to change. No more comfort eating or bingeing.
 
Oops, well my Saturday start plan failed as the other half knowing I was about to be nil by mouth took me out for a surprise cream tea followed by big fat curry in the evening! Then on Sunday ended up having roast lamb with the inlaws!!
However, yesterday I started an went hardcore wahoo!
I did an hour in the gym and ate my three packs, have to say the carbonara is NOT my cup of tea, I bought the meals and shakes bumper so got lots of them to eat, I should have got re shakes only bumper as they are yummy but I wanted to have the option of something savoury, maybe the flavour will grow on me! Anyone got any tips on improving the flavour?

Another TS day today! Wish me luck!

Oops already a slop today, a mouthful of nougat from the mother in law followed by a banana on three rivitas, apart from te nougat not exactly mind bogglingly bad but still not TS, will go to the gym later and burn off the carbs!

Okay turned into a big blip, 2 cream crackers with cheese, three slices of toast and a portion o butter scotch pudding, this combined with no gym as had late client appointments means I feel pretty chubby :(
Tomorrow is a new day damn it!

I WILL SUCCEED!!!!
 
Okay sinned as follows



- small bowl of musli
- kit Kat (4 fingers)
- banana
- 2 rivitas
- 1 slice white bread
- activia yoghurt


All over the space of six hours!


I don't know what's wrong with me, why can't j stop myself!!!!!!

Okay today I am determined to be TS

Chocolate shake down, plan on trying the chili for lunch and shake for tea!

Fingers crossed i can do this

A NEW BOBBLE

I am off the Cafe Rouge for tea so I know I'll be naughty but then from tomorrow...

I AM GONNA DOOOOO THIS..... I'm at highest ever weight and feel so goddamn rotten hate how I look and keep getting so upset, and then I eat more... Vicious circle....

Got to get arse in gear, bought an excercise bike and I am committing to 30mins cycling each morning which should start me off right....

I will be posting daily to motivate myself too...

COME ON BOBBLES!!!!

Today has started well...


20mins fasted cardio on bike
1litre of water down already
Now munching on apple and cinnamon porridge with extra cinnamon, yumm!!!

Okay I've done one day WS, one day with a Naughty dinner and half a box of fudge from a work colleague (healthy by my old standards but high carbs and fat and badness)
Yesterday was going well until I caved into two slices of pizza, a small victory is that I didn't have the whole pizza which was on offer.
Today I feel empowered for a full TS day, so far had my porridge as got an early start for work, will try and last till 1isj for my next shake then ill have a shake again for dinner at about 8pm after a gym session, stocked up on coke zero and bullion to help in those weaker moments, other halfs off to America for work so that will improve my ability to get back in the zone!!

Not fully TS yesterday as had three slices of toast and half a sausage! However went to gym and burned 680 calls which I feel makes up for it,

Already done 15 mins bike this morning and had my porridge and a litre of water down, I think I'm easing myself into TS which I can live with as long as I get to TS and weightloss pretty quick!!

So I'm starting to analyse my eating and I've noticed one of my main triggers is my boss, just now we have had an argument over some work bits, and I've gone straight to the canteen and eaten two slices of toast with butter.
I need to curb this and now I've realised the trigger point I think this will help me be TS in the future, instead of running to the canteen and eating toast I will now run to the canteen and post on minimins!!

Although I've not remained TS still going to carry on and have my two packs later on and will take it as a learning curve, a work out in the gym tonight's definitely required!!
 
Hiya Bobble, hope you're managing to stay on track today. If you do find yourself wanting to eat then opt for protein and not carbs.

Toast will totally mess up this diet xx
