Making this public may (just may) help keep me on track!!

Brekkie: grapes and banana
Lunch: salmon with crunchy salad and sweet
Potato chips
Dinner: pesto (7 Syns) pasta with salmon, mushrooms and crunchy salad
Other: 2 coffees with 1%fat milk, 4 glasses of water, nectarine, 3 spearmint sweets (3syns).

15days until my holibobs!! x
 
So Day 2 and had loads of great stuff

Brekkie: nectarine & grapes
Lunch: crab pasta salad
Snack: plum, Apple, banana all at different times
Then i go and get a Yorkie bar with my coffee this afternoon.

The annoying thing is not eating the chocolate but that if my mind didn't think it "wasn't allowed" I wouldn't have been bothered about it. I'm in that coffee house every day and never care about the cakes and sweets but now I'm "watching what I eat", my brain wants to rebel! How do you get round it...........
